How is my child’s data protected?

What happens when a code is scanned?
When someone scans the QR code, they are directed to a Secure Contact Node where they can immediately call or message you. No child details are visible to the scanner.
Is the parent’s phone number visible?
Your privacy is non-negotiable. Scanners only see direct action buttons to reach you. Your exact phone number is kept hidden within our secure communication layer.
Can I update my contact information?
Yes, parents can update their emergency contact details at any time through their secure dashboard, and the changes are applied instantly to all active QR tags.
